@@drisszyani3497 1 bad game. Keep your ugly opinion to yourself. Worry about the steroid use in your school and professional rugby and also losing to Australia 2 weeks in a row 🤣
DMac seemed to be running around in circles trying to find someone in a position to take his pass, maybe there were too many on there today who were looking to do it all themselves unlike last week when they played as a team.
Not bad for a 2nd team. AB 1st team are obviously the best team in the world but still surprised they didn't want a run out because the next two games will be against really tough opposition.
Don't lose too much sleep on this game... Apart from Coles and Cane returning, and D Mac having a shocker, it was a 2.5-3rd string team playing Italy. Let that sink in...
Was this another case of ‘if we turn up, we will win?’ Good show Italy, we’ll done so far, Kieran Crowley. Looking forward to seeing how Italy goes in the 6 nations
None of the starting lineup started last game vs wales maybe some came off the bench but yeah must of been the B team last week was the A team for sure
''a difficult day at the office for the ABs' - yeah, did you think Italy were just going to show up, sit in the stands and watch you score tries all by yourself while cheering you on?
Hope you are ready for a Titanic battle next week in Dublin All Blacks because we are ready and waiting to batter ye. Ye will be All Black and Blue (see what I did there), by the time we are finished lol. We killed 7,000 Vikings at the Battle of Clontarf in 1014, how worried do ye think we are about ye.
What do vikings and murder have to do with rugby? 🤣😂 that's like saying we ate an entire species of human to extinction, what makes you think we're worried too? 🤣😂
ABS very bad performance. The ABS have not players depth. The 15 players can prepare their bag for the return.. I Said it and I repeat it..with Foster the ABS wont win the world cup ! Why ??? Foster gameplan = predictable game plan....no plan B vs the rush défense. And even now breakdown problem vs italy...my god !! The NZRU made great mistake extending the Foster contract...so now..they Will lose the world cup 2023. Vs any team...we see the same problem and no solution...because Foster a poor gameplan. He was assistant attack in the defeat vs england in 2019. The NZRU does not take lessons from defeat...they want To lose another world cup. Scott robertson should have been the coach of the ABS...now we must wait 2023...oh ! My god.

Really looking forward to the end of the Foster & Cane era. I do wish them the best in the 3rd place playoff game at RWC 2023 though (if they can get that far)
The line + maul play is killing rugby. It's too hard to defend, which makes all teams rely on it to score tries more than on any otherway of scoring, and it takes far less work and wits than scoring from open play.
Mc Kenzie having an off game, slowed everything down at the start with multiple mistakes and getting caught by himself with the ball. Italy played well defensively but need more attacking sets and too many mistakes.
His loop backs have become predictable and teams can send a roving defender where he might arc back around and pick him off when he turns his back on the opposition. Paid dividends today a few times.
Scrappy win, and respects to the Italians for conceding less points than the Six Nation champion. We've got a lot to reflect on before the match against Ireland.
@HITLER-ISA-BBC-SLUT Scotland have never beaten the ABs but ran them really close a few times.....Your comment and name tell me you find it hard to be happy? Stay safe fella 🙏
Yeah that about sums it up from a Scotland perspective. You set a very low bar in terms of playing style and skill. That's why you'll never beat the ABs with such a dour outlook. Shame once where warriors and had a proud rugby tradition but those days are long gone. R.I.P Oh Flower of Scotland..
Kiwi here, 2 things that pissed me off with this game, the 1st thing was the ref was shocking, dishing out 25+ penalties , never cautioned either captain on penalty count, & his rulings were debatable ,if not confusing, he can stick the whistle up his a,,ss 2nd , if this was the opportunity for any of the AB players to step up , then they didn't do themselves any favours, too much drop ball, no direction, no real plan, just run ,pass & hope, the score wasn't a true reflection on the ABs performance, but i guess we can't be perfect all day every day,
It was a typical second string performance. Not surprising. Coles showed he's still got it and Christie did well. We are going to need another top end halfback soon and maybe Christie has the goods. Time will tell.

A very poor game by the Abs by there standards but they still won by 40, shows a few players will not feature again on this tour, Ennor had a horrible game so I expect him to fly home early, Dmac wasn't much better either and just think he trys to do everything on his own too much, runs to lateral & gets caught out then is turned over in tackle, so there should be no doubt now that Jordie is our best option at fullback thought Coles was awesome though on his first start in a long time his accurate lineout throwing his running game & his core duties is still up there with the best & shows how vital he is to the Abs, expect to see our top side come next week against Ireland...
Agree with you mate. The AB's were not at their best, but let's face it, they are still tops, even on a bad day. The only team right now in world rugby that can be a match are the Springboks, but only if they ae not having an off day... 😊😊

Italians actually surprised me today but one can’t help feel AB mistakes contributed also to the score line…..it could’ve blown out more but glad it didn’t …..the Azzuri’s played with a lot of heart today and did themselves proud…..some bright young talent in that team as well…..so their future looks promising 💯🔥❤️Ab will learn from their mistakes and give the French and Irish a good run for their money but it will be two very diff teams as well as games……..💯🔥
After every bad performance..they say that they take lessons from the last week and the next week..we see the same errors...so stop with this clown Foster.
Been watching the ABs for many, many years. This seemed to follow the pattern: wear the bastards out for 60 mins, stick it to them for the last 20. Sure we made a lot of unforced errors, but a whole bunch of new guys got blooded and we won handsomely in the end. What's all the fuss about man?
Also I think it's a pretty stupid thing that you can wrap arms around both sides of the tackled opponent, and thus blocking that person to actually release the ball. That's not a jackal, that's just lazy and obstructing play.
They got away with that the whole night.....not to downgrade their performance. You get away with what you can! The ref, AB's too, was just shite. It's usually rookie refs, those 18 year olds officiating 3rd XV high school games, who end just about every stoppage with a penalty! Not good enough for an international referee.
Bit scruffy here and their for All Black's standard. DMac, among some others, showing a wee bit of International game-time lack. But a comfortable win nevertheless once they got firing on three! Good food for thought for Fossie and Co as well.

57 mins in 21-9, well done Italy, respect, you made us look average, you stifled us, got under our skin and you kept coming at us. Also Italy should of got the first try. As for ABs we looked like a pack of clumsy bogans on the cans at a drift meet, lose the pathetic haircuts, show some respect to the opposition, if this was any of the top 5 nations you can put money on it we would of got rolled. To allow this attitude to go into the second half is ridiculous. McKenzie great player, had an average game, sub him off inject a new player in, too many drop balls etc, let the players know this is not good enough and that there is a bench mark! Create this so called competition amongst the players, but no it’s only Italy...disrespectful. So you are telling NZ and fans all over the world you trained hard all week with the mindset to give players a rest try new combinations etc and players put their hand up to be selected for this game, and that’s the best 15 available, and you dish out that performance...
Calm down Pete... there is no disrespect by the All Blacks to the Italians. We as fans expect alot and when we don't get the spectacle we cry foul. The All Blacks errors by seasoned players are just that. The Italians played well, defended well, but as always they lack where it matters... on the damn scoreboard. Stop comparing Apples with Zucchinis because that's how far away the Italians are in comparison to the damn All Blacks. Just be happy, that the All Blacks are human, make mistakes, and will be back to fight another day.
Viva l'Italia! Well done Italy from a kiwi with Italian blood. The bloods too thick as I found myself cheering for the Italian brothers even though I'm an AB supporter. Salute
The ref had a job and he failed at it miserably. Keep the defensive teams back the required distance. The Italians for most part of the game were living in his back pocket. Very hard to gain the advantage line in attack this in my opinion was a major factor how the Italians managed to keep it close.
NH refs will not do anything- Why? because without the use of the mostly offside rush defense NH teams don't have a chance against the backlines of the Southern hemisphere. You'll see it at RWC23 TOO
Any other ref other than French and Aussie ones would be called offside against italy alot in the game because they were constantly offside and not getting pinged which is another example of why French ref shouldn't be allowed to ref permanently.

@@penepatitenor : Well after that game they were succeeded by South Africa in the world rankings. Don't get me wrong, the AB's are the benchmark team and have been for a very long time, but it's also fair to say that rugby itself is better served when teams like the All Blacks have to fight for wins too, just like everyone else. The days when teams measured their success, or failure, by how many points they lost against New Zealand are over. There's no fun or entertainment when the AB's go out and best some team by 50 or 60 points, yes it might massage their ego but wouldn't you rather see a game like Ireland vs New Zealand where you don't know who's going to come out on top? Otherwise it's just a demonstration game and who wants to see that?
@@celticlofts I absolutely agree with you. I think the ABs are indeed the benchmark and you’re also right, these are the better games where they’re pushed to a limit. It’s just interesting that the ABs are scrutinised so much for every little thing but I guess that’s the downside of being the best. And, sometimes it’s just an off day at the office but people see it as their team was shit. But remember, Ireland were thrashed at the World Cup by the ABs and, every time the Irish have won against the ABs it’s usually by a small margin. Again, I frikken love the Irish team. But I don’t think the ABs met their match, I just think they had a crap day at the office and botched up - not to take away from the excellent playing of the Irish. But it goes to show the level of playing between the teams…. A bad day for NZ is a great day for the rest of the rugby world. But this is good for the ABs and you’re right, it’s good for the rugby community as well.
I don't understand why we keep organizing friendlies against clearly superior teams like you. For the money of course, but for the sporting point of view there's no point. We should play more often against teams at our (poor) level. However, congratulations to the All Blacks!
ML. Ma dai. Il primo campo di rugby nella mia provincia l’ho visto 10 anni fa. Italy joined the 6 nations just as it went fully professional. In England the professional league top tier has 20 full time teams. Buenos Aires app 5 years ago had more rugby clubs than the whole of Italy. How many do you think NZ has. Un po’ di realismo. My pare che il Galles ha battuto NZ 1 volta.
Rubbish in that first half/50 minutes or so. Can't we meet physical defense with equally physical carrying anymore!? Italy's two, three man tackling was magnificent though! Perhaps we should just hold the fkn pill a bit more! DMac should be finished with the AB's now, just a funsy festival game player.
I have not yet seen any all black performances this year that suggests they are benefiting from Ian fosters guidance it's been untidy and scrappy and have often looked as though they are confused as to how to approach situations and in my opinion are only winning games based on absolute individual talent and the player pool he has is only a dream for other coaches.
Really proud of the italians: their defense held a full hour without a try from open play, they won some nice turn overs and without the horrible refereeing, they would have scored the first try of the game. But we all know that in a couple of months the idiots in the RU-vid comments will once again question if Italy should stay in the 6 nations ....
This was a below par international match across the board, however in my opinion it was so due to the judiciary of the referee and his inability to officiate a match of this level. Good matches are built and played from a good platform of flow NOT a stop/ start unclear interpretation of rugby’s 101 laws. In this case the offside and breakdown law. Receiving the ball and defender simultaneously is a clear indication of offside and lying on a player without supporting your own body weight are clear infringements of these laws. 15 penalties within 20 minutes of play sees a game play out in the manner with which we saw and then media labelled as “scrappy” “disjointed” and “below par” NOT a good advertisement for the sport itself. Italy have passion, are big men with limited rugby nous and skill level. They played like so and to their credit they did disrupt an inexperienced, young ABs side. A couple of the experienced players in the ABs starting were well below their own capabilities and seemed inept to adapt to the onslaught of rushed defence and disruptive breakdown. Fast forward to the 60th minute where it’s well known that ANY team who plays the All Blacks this is the time and space where with the injection of bench (usually experienced) players where the game changes gear and it’s either be in front (significantly) or try to stay with them because the fitness, skill, experience and knowledge of the ABs will either chase you down or rack up the points tally and it’s the latter that happened here. Not a great test match however a record breaking achievement for the calendar year. Congrats boys Rest, recoup, regroup and reenergise for a battle of epic proportions with the very skilled and talented Ireland team. #passionsteAllBlacksfan #opinionsaremyown #AllBlacks4lyfe
The ref was terrible but he wasn't the only reason the game was so stop/start. Have the ABs even had any new game plans or structures since Foster took over? I swear all we do is throw it out the backline and hope we get some individual brilliance. Whenever teams defend pretty well the ABs look lost, like they just can't create any pressure. Granted, the ABs are always gonna run rampant against Italy but I'm still not sure we have improved AT ALL in any area in the last few years since we got embarassed at the world cup. Quick reminder that Fosters entire coaching experience can be summed up by "constantly last place" and that the only time he has ever been apart of successful teams was as an ASSISTANT. Whereas Razor has won everythinghe's touched. Foster is ruining the ABs.
The fundamentals of the game don’t change even though the laws constantly do so I agree in part and that is, you have to earn the right to go wide AFTER the up front battle has been won. The 2nd tier tight 5 did not do achieve this, with no front foot ball and a rush defence they fell into the hands of how Italy wanted to play therefore attributing to the stop/start The positive is the experience they would have gotten from it. Not sure why you think Foster isn’t a good coach, he’s was part of a World Cup winning coaching team in 2011, he’s lost 1 match (so far) this year against the World Cup Sth Africans, in this particular game (against Italy) he’s coached them to a world record breaking most test points and most tries scored in a calendar year. Scott “Razor” Robertson is indeed a good coach, however history has shown that coaching at Test level is a far cry from domestic, provincial or Super. Robbie Deans proved that fact. Embarrassed? Not in my opinion just outplayed by a better (England) team If anything it was the decisions made by then Head coach Steve Hansen that led to that outcome. #opinionsaremyown #passionateallblacksfan #AllBlacks4Lyfe
