Jota changed the game when he came on, gave Celtic real intent in attack. ... Johnston done well beforehand on the left, just doesn't link up as well with teammates, usually always trying to do it all himself; we all know he can take a man on and beat him(he was doubled up on everytime he attacked), but he needs to add picking a pass to his game.

Match was a lot closer for long periods than the scoreline suggests. Hats off to Raith for their shape and for having a go and making a game of it; a few decent teams in the Scottish Championship.

I’m proud of young Scales. I was worried he would become another young talented Irishman disappear in the deep waters of the Hoops. Any time he has been flung in the deep end he has keep his head above water and swam beautifully💚🍀🔰👏. On the other had the pen we got awarded was an absolute disgrace. The Raith players hand and arm was against his chest. No club should have to suffer ludicrous decisions like that never mind a team that’s not got a great chance to get anything from the game. The hand ball rule is getting that ridiculous players will need to play in a straight jacket or have limbs amputated FFS

I like Celtic, glad they won...but that penalty shouldn't have been given.. if there's a penalty everytime a defender's arm is being shot at, strikers will start to aim on hands/arms on purpose..as soon as Scotland will have VAR there will be a huge increase in such soft penalties which is awful as I can tell from Serie A 🤦 Handballs should only be given in case of a clear intention from the defender to stop the ball using his hands/arms..

Evening Celtic fans hope you are all okay? glad we are though to the quarter finals. I thought the first half was very sloppy slow and nevy didn't think certain players took their opportunities like Johnson and Forrest you can see the frustration and drop in quality when they both play but they were not alone the team looked out of sorts in the first half. Second half alot more like us Jota was fantastic when he came on you can see the quality he has over Johnson. Glad GG got a goal he has worked so hard in the last few games he really needed that to make his confidence go up hopefully he kicks on and gets a few more. Overall second half was better than the first half but you're going to have games like that when you have to make changes hopefully play a lot bettere through the full game in the next game on to the next one well done Celtic ☘️

For a pittance of TV deal Premier Sport are totally disrespectful to those many people who, all year round, travel great distances to watch games.
