Recently, Dr. Yasir had the privilege of leading a session at Leverify, and it was truly thrilling to see how organizations are increasingly recognizing and responding to the importance of supporting their employees' well-being. Our session, titled as 'Reboot Yourself,' was titled and designed to tackle the challenges of work-life balance, especially for those working from home from ICT industry.
The session:

✅ Introduced the 1:5 break model to promote regular rest periods
✅ Provided practical exercises to enhance mental and physical well-being
✅ Offered personalized approaches to maintain work-life balance
✅ Encouraged open discussions on mental health and work-related stress
