I was going to say out of Toronto fcs last 10 goals, 8 of them have been scored or assisted by Berna/insigne so they are lighting it up statistically and in this game they could of had more goals the way they played. Ivacic has really been shining for the timbers. People were unsure of him but I think he's solidified his position. Probably the only reason the timbers were unbeaten for so many games straight

I would be extremely surprised if MLS surpassed the French, Dutch or Portugese league that soon, but maybe top 8 would be possible by then. I suspect top 5 will have to wait much longer, the MLS is still very far away from the level of the french league, they only produce a small fraction of the amount of talent that Ligue 1 produces and no MLS team currently is even close to the top 5 in the french league.

@@benjaminbronnimann3966 The MLS will need to improve their defenses very significantly to be on the level of even the Dutch or Portuguese leagues. I do think that they are much closer to matching those leagues in terms of offensive talent.

You are correct, friendly Timbers fan. Even on our TFC Telecast our color commentator said it was a 2nd Booking if not a straight Red. I even wrote in Twitter at HT and on the TFC YT Channel that the Referee was horrible. So many mistakes.

Portland was destroying our players and the slightest sneeze on a portland player ref was calling for a foul on tfc Back to back bad refs in a tfc game but we over came it kinda happy Portlands run came to an end !! i wish Portland the best of luck for the remainder of the season

It's been their undoing. If they had only done average against Eastern Conference teams, they would be well above the playoff line. They have too many old players and have had too many injuries this season.

A Napoli hanno pianto per la partenza di Mertens, di Insigne già non si parla più....
