ah I wish we had a mile to race in indiana again, a track this big lets the engine actually reach max rpms and power, you just dont get that on a track thats smaller even winchester as fast as they fly by on that one the engines on go pro video of the cars you can hear the engines rev up only for about 3 seconds before they have to lift, it would be nice to see them be able to do what they were made for in indiana again with or without the state fair, I know I constantly bellyache about it, but maybe if enough fans get behind the idea or make enough noise someone might get behind the idea to have a race on one of the other dirt horse tracks in indiana, or restore one of the long out of use 1/2 miles so we can get a second dirt silvercrown race in indiana. I would but I dont have 3 million dollers, nor do I know much about running autosport events. for the firechief he had to be extatic to win his favorite race finnaly.
I noticed that some of the guys mentioned it but yes, Kaylee lost the right rear and ended up 5th. She embarrassed the other drivers with that spectacular performance she put in.
Damn this was one hell of a race, Kaylee came to race and if she could have managed her RR tire wear a little better she would have run 2nd for sure! I don’t think anyone could have outrun Cockrum though. Hell of a race!
