First EFL game we've ever watched as an American family. The excitement of the crowd was infectious. Great introduction to European football to see "our" team put in such a strong effort!
What a team performance! Although we have a real test coming against Birmingham City away soon, it really does look like we are real contenders for promotion again this season! Barnett is an unsung hero for us this season - he is in sublime form, and we should be all here for it 💪
@@davidchamberlain5425 Quite possibly and I'm sure a bad run of form will come, but there's so much strength in depth and a great spirit in the camp that I think that I can't see that a sustained collapse in form is unlikely so I see a top 6 position as very likely and top 2 as doable. The great thing is that there's no dependence on any one outfield player being fit as we see when Mullin is off - it's no biggie
❤❤🎉💪🔥⚡ What a team, what a performance and what a crowd🔥💪. And the look in Mullin's eyes! Like a Wolf 🐺 hunting for everything and anything😂😅. Thanks to Wrexham we have been able to watch Leagues I&II matches live in Finland broad casted/aired by a "local" sport Channel❤❤❤. All the best and love from Finland 🏴🇫🇮
Really glad to know that Wrexham is winning and playing well! Hope to see them on the Championship next season and in the Premier League in a few years! Greetings from Portugal!🇵🇹
Felicitaciones. Los sigo desde Tenerife, Islas Canarias. Deseando que logren subir a la Championship, y que el Swansea y el Cardiff se mantengan ahí. Sería bueno que los tres grandes galeses jueguen sus derbys.
This is different from last 2 seasons sensing something very special this year❤. Defensive brilliant and we will always score goals !!! Know its early but I'm saying us and brum going for top spot🎉
Been waiting for this highlights! Almost wasn't able to watch the game because of the iFollow issue. Good thing they fixed it in time for the 3rd goal. Over-all, it was a great game. I'm amazed and in awe of how the team (individually and collectively) have upped their level of play. All of them. Keep it up, Wrexham! ⚽️🐉🔴⚪️🏴
That first goal from McClean to Palmer was so well clean 😂 I am impressed at the fact that no defender stopped the pass, it was so perfect into the channel. Second goal due to Palmer’s sacrifice on defense then a great setup from Barnett to Lee, wow what a great service in goal! 🥅 Marriott’s hustle and O’Connell’s pitch awareness produced that third goal 🥅 ⚽️ 🎉🎉🎉 What a well managed side!
what stood out for me in this game was Revan (unfortunately didnt get shown in this highlights) who's shoes feel like they're made of sponges, so gracefully receives long balls and always look like he's so calm and in full control. That and Palmer really putting in the work - like in that second goal, didn't waste a second complaining about his shirt being pulled, immediately runs at the player with the ball and his pressure wins the ball for Barnett's run and eventual assist for Lee.
Well done Wrexham. I only get to see the highlights, but they seem to be playing an excellent team game on both sides of the ball. It won’t get any easier but I am looking forward to continuing success.
I'm sick of hearing ppl say as we get to higher levels Parky can't coach at the higher levels he has built he has brought in a great of talent and created fierce competition and depth but a team that clearly are close knit difficult to do both I look forward to see Parky coaching this team in PL sooner than ppl think
Thought we had another gear to go up if needed. After our first goal , our wingbacks dropped too deep allowing shrewsbury to have more threat, but once the second goal went in it was all over. Another clean sheet, quiet day for Arthur again and another 3 points. Early doors in the league, but a fantastic start.
Where were the Shrewsbury highlights? Oh, right... There weren't any. This is so good it's getting scary. A goal difference of NINE in five games, with EIGHT of that in the last four games, all of them CLEAN SHEETS FOR Arthur "The Wall" Okonkwo. And it's not as if Arthur has even had to work that hard, much of the time. If the Wrexham defense gets any better, Arthur can play the entire game from a lawn chair.
At the moment he doesnt deserve to be shown above the likes of brilliant Ollie, Lee, dobson, Barnett, clean and many others. Im sure he will get his highlights when he later on finds his form again
Birmingham fan here, good win but Shrewsbury we’re shocking, defending was dreadful. This for both teams will be the biggest test on Monday night the atmosphere will be electric.Obviously hoping for a Blues win but good luck for the rest of the season.
He may not be fully recovered but Marriott has been great. There's nothing missing on the pitch, so don't fix what ain't broke. I imagine Mulls gets the start on Tuesday along with Scarr and Revan in the cup game.
injury hangover may b a factor ... but rly Phil seems 2 b from the skool of -- 'dont mess w/ wots workin' Marriott is doin fine, Lee & Palmer r doin awesum, so if that means Paul comes off the bench late ... Paul comes off the bench late. not gonna worry @ all til if/when they start droppin pts. /shrug
Why aren’t guys benched for pretending to be hurt (#9) putting the team down a man? I don’t get it. If I were the coach I’d bench anyone who pretends to be hurt.
@@rvog6584 thanks. Good to hear about 'stickability'. PSV holds the world record for the longest brand sponsorship: P in PSV is for Philips, anno 1913.
