3:45 as a fisherman, that tightened up my main line much like your guys slack like, I used this exact rope, in 3/8" and used the Munsters hitch, and it never hurt the rope with the 10's of thousands of pounds of tension I put on it

As a competitive sailor among other things, I always loved dyneema/amsteel type lines for their low friction, great strength/weight ratio, and ultra static nature. This lets the rigging run smoothly and efficiently, eliminates unnecessary weight without compromising performance or safety, and sail settings wouldn't ever-so- slightly change from where you set them due to rope stretch. The ease of splicing also makes it very practical and lends itself nicely to permanent/semi permanent attachments, which are numerous on a boat.

I have a three-quarter inch I don't know maybe halo braids and I want to use my midline attachable pulley with it how can I make actually not how but where do I put the spacing before I run my first run through?

Hey man, enjoying your informative video's. Never heard of Amsteel until now, I live in Germany and I'm hoping to transition to highlining soon. Can't wait to see more of your videos, finally found someone who goes through the whole process step by step. Will you be covering the recommended minimum of gear required and the backup systems? Daaaaamn! That was the first highline Video I ever Saw! Do you have the link for that? And about the Amsteel info, thank you a lot. I was really confused about a few things but you clarified'em all. Bad thing that it's a rare material here in Brazil.

Can I use a 6mm prusik rope in this?
