For those who still have little idea of just how strong this material is, I have a 1/4" Amsteel line that I used with my forklift (rated at 6625 lbs on a 24" load center) to pick up a concrete block weighing over 6,000 lbs. Quarter inch line is the size of your everyday clothesline used to hang out your washing. The weight of a Toyota Corolla is about 2,500 lbs. One single length of 1/4" Amsteel will lift two Corollas completely off the ground, together, at one time. The three quarter inch Amsteel used in this video is rated at 58,000 lbs. That John Deere bulldozer, I am guessing, weighs about the same as the John Deere 700 series which weighs in at around 30,000 lbs. One single length of that 3/4" Amsteel can easily pick that entire bulldozer off the ground. A man without tools is just a man. A man with tools but knows nothing about them is still just man. A man with tools but knows how to properly use them is a powerful man. Knowledge is power.
i think some people are missing the point of this video fuck the tractor horsepower it a damn tractor attached to a dozer by a ROPE regardless of the horsepower of the giant tractor that was pullin, the small rope similar to dental floss didnt break
That tractor would have pulled that dozer but you guys don't even have any weights on that tractor that's why it power hopped u can never have enough weight on a tractor
