gaur though has been associated with affordable segment, but it has mostly delivered upto the expectations. flat layouts have been good, as a whole their projects have been practical and have never been left hanging they provide alround product thought not standing apart but delivered on time and practical

Not at all. Gaur Studios are already crawling. Every formula is not hit everywhere. Consider Expressway for Studios considering Corporates/Airport connect/Expo Center/Cricket Stadium etc as end user prospects

@@bharatgarg7923 Veridia is 6 storey 25 acre 600 flats Gaurs is 30-32 storey 12.5 acres 1200 flats I have personally seen veridia..believe me it's one of the best .
