I did this standing this morning and burned 430 calories. I am 65 years old and loving your videos since recovery from ankle fusion. Thank you for all your hard work!

As an educator myself (kindergarten), I appreciate your geniality and ability to acknowledge gaffs or mistakes. In class, it's best to approach any fumbles with honesty and a smile. It puts your students at ease and lets them know it's okay to make errors - whether it's knocking over your water, missing a cue, or anything else that can happen. Howzit, Coach Paul! I told a co-worker that I do ur step aerobics workouts daily n how u help me stay healthy. Oh man this is great! Haha I love your energy... love how you spilled your water and were trying to be positive about your 2 drops left 😂The instructors energy matters a lot to me so I really enjoyed it thank you! I actually didn't feel like working out this morning so I decided to do this chair cardio (some movement is better than none) and I ended up doing some standing and some seated (I can't jump or I get join pain and headaches) and it was really fun to do jacks while sitting haha. Great video thank you!
