Oh man this is great! Haha I love your energy... love how you spilled your water and were trying to be positive about your 2 drops left 😂The instructors energy matters a lot to me so I really enjoyed it thank you! I actually didn't feel like working out this morning so I decided to do this chair cardio (some movement is better than none) and I ended up doing some standing and some seated (I can't jump or I get join pain and headaches) and it was really fun to do jacks while sitting haha. Great video thank you!
