I may have a solution for you brother: (TLDR: Read books/Listen to audiobooks/Listen to debates) I had severe anger issues as a young man and would start throwing punches within moments of being agitated (I never ever hit a woman, I'm refferring to arguments with men). What gave me patience in moments of verbal conflict is I listened to a lot of debates and audiobooks on RU-vid for fun and through that I learned how to handle myself because after 4 or 5 months I started to feel like I just downloaded the ability to handle myself verbally. This coupled with confidence in the fact that I can physically defend myself if someone attacks me has given me the ability to just observe the other person no matter how much I disagree.

Someone please tell me how is it not force then? If a woman refuse, she will be cursed on. So she isnt physically forced, but she is mentally forced to oblige knowing if she doesnt, she will be cursed upon from angels. I feel bad for this girl because I know how it is to be brainwashed with these thoughts. I used to be the same way. It wasn’t until I was married when I understood. I wish I can talk to her and tell her that Subhanallah when you do you obligation as a wife and be intimate with your husband it benefits you as well. Your relationship grows and you feel at ease. Yes there are instances where is difficult and you can refuse but other than that, technically you are oppressing your husband and yourself as well.
This is why at times you see women with hijab have less knowledge about Islam while some women do not wear hijab but still dress modestly and know the religion teaching far better. Never judge a book by its cover.
