Thanks a ton! This really helps, the only thing it asked me to put in was the stream key which is the password that was used initially to register which could be an email address or phone number. But yes it is working for me now, thanks!
Can someone help me. Whenever I try to go into device management and then add, I don't get the Cloud P2P option in there. Tried different versions as well!
You need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable. I think just the 32bit. Doesn't hurt to install both versions though. That will fix your issue.
@@giorgosx9967 awww no worries! I struggled myself to find a solution to this one. Bloody software dependencies 🙂 Like any problem it's easy once you learn how to fix!
I have a question. Can we call patrol on ivms 4200 for PTZ camera? Because once the DVR reboots, the PTZ is not patrolling. I have to connect the monitor and call the patrol. Please help me
Nice video When I. Connect I only see one camera. While on the mobile app, I see all the cameras. I am connecting on Ivms using ip/domain, is that a problem? I dont remember using or creating Hik-connect user name and password. Where can I create that?
My cameras are okay even with full-HD on my phone with Hik-Connect app, but are extremely laggy in this app. There are no issues with performance of PC, and neither should be broadcasting issues, bcs of it's working on my phone. Any help?

Buenas una consulta que es mejor para una visión buena a cierta distancia una cámara de 5mpx con lente de 2.8 o una cámara de 2mpx con un lente varifocalde 2.8 a 12mm
The verification code available under DVR/NVR Menu -> Configuration -> network-> platform access Or refer this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VVQKJbaFz6I.html
Hey brother can you help me with my setup. We just moved in a house and it has hikvision cameras and they did not give us any username password or info on how to set it up. There is 4 ethernet cables for the cameras then a poe splitter which is sitting on the side unplugged and also a pc with windows 10 installed. But I cannot log into the software because I don't have the password and I cannot contact the previous owners. Do I just do a fresh install with the software and the poe switch which plug goes into the back of the pc where there is a ethernet input adapter on I think a vga port or something.
Hi, To install IP cameras see here : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SV0wSEtDKlY.html Reseting NVR & IP camera password: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_ecdmEuKKJA.html
@@Techlogics I bought a splitter and I have a spare pc ready to go with the input for the cameras. Do you have a video explaining how to get them going with just a pc. Also which version of software do I use? Also please know you're reply means a lot to me bro. You're saving me $2400 that they want to install a new security system.

when I try to run my cameras, I get a message that the video is encrypted and a box "stream key" in the camera window. Where do I get this key? I have the hik vision app on my phone and view the camera with no problem.
This is the DVR verification code. This code available on the camera Label / DVR, Menu->Configuration->Network->platform access (there available verification code)
install Ivms 4200, The P2P option available under Device Management -> Device Type -> Cloud P2P Device. Note: Don't use Ivms 4200AC (It's for biometric Access Control)
I had the same problem on one computer. What you need is Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable. I think just the 32bit. Doesn't hurt to install both versions though. That will most likely solve your issue. Took me much searching and trial and error.
you can find verification code in hikvision aplication via internet explorer browser when you paste IP adress-advanced network settings. It is the same verification code you when you first time activate your camera in sadp tool
If you have mobile App access use that login credentials here, Or Enable Mobile App access like this : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CtTaKZgWxyM.html
Incorrect password. The thing is the client agreed on one password from the beginning of the job. We wrote down it down and used it for everything. DVR , phone app and email.
