Cousin Jake and I go for a hike from Mckeever, Ny to Sand Lake Falls in the Black River Wild Forest. Despite a little unplanned bushwacking, it was a great first hike for both of us.
Beautiful video. I cut my backpacking teeth in the Black River Wild Forest many years ago, but I never did make it to Sand Lake Falls. Now it feels like I have! And there was bushwhacking! Thanks for taking me along.
