Just a quick video of my hike up Black Butte. Quite a tough hike for someone like me who isn't familiar with walking on lava blocks. The views from the top were pretty sweet, so I think it was worth the effort.
It took me about an hour thirty minutes to reach the peak, but that was on a coffee and a granola bar, so I wouldn’t consider it my most efficient hike. The lava rocks are brutal once you get halfway and they continue all the way up.
