Not many countries are easy to visit right now. I decided to come to Ecuador and summit the highest mountain of my life...Cotopaxi. Here is my journey up to 19,300 feet up this iconic peak in the Andes in Ecuador.
I can imagine such an amazing country Ecuador, with four different climates, hot and tropical in the coast, hot and humid in the forest, mild and dry in the plateau and definitively cold in the mountains. I am Italian and my country is amazing, but Ecuador blows my mind and I hope to visit one day❤❤❤❤
Do you had mountaineering experience before summiting Cotopaxi? Do you think for a sporty person its possible to do the summiting, eventhough we have no mountaineering experience? Do you got your equipment from the tourguides, or you need to bring your own? Thank you 🙏
The guides can help you with renting gear if you don't bring your own. You don't need mountaineering experience necessarily but you will want to acclimate as the guides will recommend before getting this high.
