Great park and scenery there! Also great weather - sun and no snow and no bugs! Would be nice to do a cookout over a fire but, as you said, that would involve a heavier backpack! 👍🏻

Same here - intermittent pouring rain then snowstorms. Makes for some crappy drives to work at 4:30am!

Good to see You and Your Daughter out and about !!! Cherish that good weather, because it will change. 60 degrees New Years Eve-- 8 degrees with snow today in Missouri where I live. Is there big springs that feed those falls? Happy New Year to You and Your family. Stay Safe.

T-shirt weather here today and snow flurries tomorrow. I'm not sure what feeds that creek but there is always water flowing and the section that is easily accessed is stocked with trout every year. Happy New Years to you and yours!
