I hope you can help me. The IP address is correct for all of the IP cameras that show 'No Link, and when I plugged them into their respective Ethernet cables, their red light was showing but still 'No Link' on the monitor. Is it the cable that is bad?
No sure what you mean by "The IP Address is correct" If you are saying that it's correct according to your router IP range that may be the problem if you connect the cameras to the NVR PoE ports. The NVR PoE ports give the IP cameras IP a different range of addresses comparted to your router or the NVR LAN port. Perhaps you didn't check that part.
@@bestsecuritydevices 1. Yes, that's what I mean about the IP address being correct, and I did not make any changes to it since I'm not the one who installed everything. 2. The NVR does not have POE ports at the back, so we are only using a POE switch.
