If you see a bee crawling along like that, leave it alone. The bee is perfectly fine, however the way its wings work mean that it's only able to fly in a fairly narrow range of air pressures. Once the weather changes a bit the bee can just fly away as normal.

You do know there must be a reason for making honey do you? Honey, is made for the time they don´t have pollen. I guess you con figure the rest out for yourself since the bees did also.
Unless, of course, the beekeeper happens to be a Christian. In that case, the Bible is the beekeeper's Bible, and Guide to Bees by Ted Hooper is simply an incredibly helpful guidebook.
