A walk up the Munros Meall Glas and Sgiath Chuil from Glen Dochart. Access is through Auchessan Estate just off the A85. There is some parking at the entrance to the estate.
This walk is around 16km with an ascent of around 1200m.

It's a great walk! It was one of those days that I really felt it in my legs. Enjoy. The initial walk up along the burn and waterfalls is very good! Cheers for watching and thanks for the comment! Let me know how your walk goes 😀✔

Thanks! That was one of those tiring walks when it really saps your energy. Definitely a walk worth doing in the good weather. Had a wee trip over to Earl's Seat and Dumbreck yesterday. Great to get out. Paul

@@PAADVENTURES1 ha, I believe you that. Regarding your Dumbreck and Earl's Seat trip, how much snow was there still? Would love to go up at the weekend when the weather isn't to bad.

Just a few patches in the low lying areas between the hills. It's that really wet snow that you sink into. Other than that it was back to being very boggy...as you know. Paul

@@PAADVENTURES1 thanks. Well sounds like wet from the top and the bottom then 😃

This looks a tough one Paul? Maybe doing this route on Saturday as one of the routes closest to home I have not done. Hopefully recent dry weather will mean no bog!

@PAADVENTURES1 3 года назад
Morning Andrew, I think I found this tough as I had a sore knee that day and couldn't concentrate. It's a great walk but mostly pathless so a bit tough on the legs! You will love it though and all this dry weather should as you say make the boggy parts relatively dry! Enjoy mate....cheers Paul

Brilliant vlog Paul. That music was so fitting for such a slog buddy! Great resolution on your camera too. Very impressive. Keep it up buddy. I don’t have anything planned myself at the moment, keeping occupied with work and a few projects I’m currently finishing. Who knows though? Best Regards, Douglas.

Hi mate, The walk begins from the A85 (heading away from Crianlarich) at the start of the driveway to Auchessan. There is parking for a couple of cars to park hard on the left near the start of the track. Its past the lay-by you use for Ben More. Can you see the map below? www.google.com/maps/place/56°24'53.3%22N+4°31'01.9%22W/@56.4122799,-4.5326705,3313m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m4!3m3!8m2!3d56.4148!4d-4.5172

@@Scotlands-adventurer a lot of bog on this one! The descent and ascent between the two hills is the tough bit I think! Frank from scotfaze has a video coming out tonight. He did them at the weekend. You should check that out!
