Thank you for your lecture. I have one suggestion that do not use characterless for a woman if she makes relation with other man. You could just say committing adultly or simply say if she makes relationship with another man.

Mam the lecture was very helpful and easy to understand but I have a doubt as in section 25 of Hindu marriage act one gets maintenance only after a decree or order so if a person is getting maintenance after divorce, so how can a court can make a variation or modification in the order due to adultery or a wife becoming uncheste because after divorce, a person is free to have relation with any other person so there is no question of act like adultery. I have a slight confusion have understood anything wrong.❓❓❓❓

Wife is already getting maintenance and position of single room occupancy under Domestic Violence Act. Then again family court may order to give maintenance and room under section 18 & 25. Pls guide.

In case plot has been purchased by husband in name of wife during his married life by raising loan of which instalments are also paid by him. But wife during her marriage was giving her full salary to him by crediting in his account. On divorce, whether plot will be given to wife or not? Kindly advise.

If divorce not granted then in s25 monthly amount given from date of order it is possble even after already wife gate maintenance in crpc 125.

Mam mera divorce case disposed ho gya hai. Lekin husband mujhe apne sath nhi lekr gya hai. Hum alg hi rehte hai. 125 case me vo aata hi nhi hai. 18 ka case kr skti hu kya?

Pati ne divorce file kara hai. Mai bahut paresan hu 2saal se mujhe koi maintenance nhi mil raha aur wo government job me hai mai kya karu.apki jo fees hogi aap le lijiye lekin mai apse call pe baat karna chahti hu.
