The outputs on each cat5 is that limited to a maximum amount of pixels on the slave boards. The literature is a bit hard to understand as you setup the outputs to the 16 channel to 1600 channels total but the literature reads the output of each cat 5 is Per Port / CAT5 Output - Up to 1,360 pixels

I just got all my gear and trying to save the configuration to the HinksPix controller with SD card and I get an error: Sorry There was an Error and Config was NOT Fully Installed. I have tried factory resetting, but still the same problem. Any ideas on how to solve this? Equipment: HinksPix Pro & SPI 16 with 1 string of 100 pixels. Test Outputs work as expected. Sanity Checks are OK.

Having trouble with configuration. Keep getting the following error message The Controller's Port is limited to 4 Universes or 2048 Channels. Port 1 Has 3618 Allocated I have the Hinkspix pro with 1 Longrange and 2 SPI Boards. I have 2 Smart 16's daisy chained to jack 1, and 1 smart 16 connected to jack 2 on the longrange board. Each of my physical ports (xconnect) have less than 150 pixels per string and I am not even using all 16 xconnect ports.
The number of pixels per jack/cat5 cable is 680 * 4 or 2,720 pixels. Move one of your 16 long range receivers to another jack to free up pixel counts. Don't configure more pixels per output than you are physically using, for example, if you are using 150 pixels only use 450 channels, not 510 channels.
