Would like to see a thigh high being put on....one with a lot of compression. I'm overweight and it is a taxing issue. The green glove didn't hep get the ridges smoothed out behind my knee. I had major indents when I took the stocking off.
Not been able to put the socks on. I was measured for them in hospital (ankles and calves) but I have deformed feet and can't get the socks over my toes as my feet are much wider than my ankles. My foot is at 9 o'clock so the cage type aids for putting on don't help. My normal socks are custom made for me.
But the grippy parts on gloves can cause runs themselves maybe. I've been SO careful. Worn mine six times, already getting little loose threads . I know how to put on and take off.☹
Hi Neil! We would never want any part of your stocking to be uncomfortable! If your toe band is too tight, your stocking may be too small, which means you might not be getting the best result out of your compression. If it’s possible, we recommend visiting one of our certified fitters to make sure you’re getting exactly the right garment for you. If you can’t make it to a fitter, watch our measurement and sizing videos and take your own measurements.
