Wee tip Bob to help with your "clam" exercise. Lie down on your back, soles of feet together and let your legs fall apart. Put a pillow under each leg because it will help your muscles to let go. As your doing this on your first exhale start at 50, inhale 49, exhale 48 until you get to 20 then it's inhale, exhale 19, inhale, exhale 18 all the way down to zero. This will help with your inner thigh flexibility and it's very relaxing. Paying back for all the good advice you've given me over the years, I'm extremely grateful for you both, thanks guys xx

I'm a year in after having a hip replacement but my hip stil locks and clicks my surgeon says it's still healing I've been seeing private physio. But havent heard of anything like this gadget. This could solve loads of my problems. I stil have lots of waistage in right leg. Thanks guys

These tips are great. I’m an Ultra marathon runner and I’m getting back into running after getting a stress fracture in my femoral neck, bone marrow oedema, trochanter bursitis, labral (hip socket cartilage) tear and glute medius ligament attachment tear. All on the same side at the same time! Bob and Brad always have excellent tips and exercises and I credit them in my recovery and I’m now back running over the last few months and have recently started doing distances of around 17/18 miles through the mountains and am looking forward to my next Ultra race! So good so far!

Oh I’m in need of that gadget... My myofascial roller is bigger but doesn’t vibrate. The way Brad used it for the Piriformis & Glutes makes me think it will help my Sciatica issues.

Hip flexor stretch. I really need to do this stretch but after total knee replacement I have been told not to kneel on my knee. Are there other options for this stretch? Thank you.

I love your videos, for the most part, but for those of us who are older and don’t have the mobility to get down on the floor or get up once we’re down, these exercises are impossible. So how about some exercises for hips and back for those of us that are mostly chair bound. Even trying to do these in bed is quite an effort to get into these positions. I hope this comment is not too discouraging to you.

Hey Brad and of course Bob. you we're talking about your martial artist time, when you tried to kick very high. Which exercises would you recommend for improvement? These ones? Would you stick to static stretching or should people strecht before and try to do their stuff afterwards? Thanks for the great content ,i am using your videos to studdy for my exams :)

Hopefully, they'll reply... (I've heard other people say that after they've had a knee replaced, they would use a stretchable or stationary brace on the knee to hold it stready, when putting excess strain on it... That way they could work the HIP and NOT hurt the knee. Start easy, and If any part of the knee hurts DONT do it obviously)
