Great info. Would you add any hip internal rotation stretches to this routine? If yes which one's?

Great question! Hip internal rotation would be great focus if that's something that is deficient. Which ones would depend on what you're needing internal rotation for. For example, my recommendation for an explosive athlete who encounters a lot of change of direction would different than a moderately active middle aged man. However, a good start is the version on your back with your legs up against a wall.
