Welcome back to the 3rd and final installment of this 3 part Yoga Back bending tutorial towards King Pigeon. I split this class into three parts so you can either focus on practising repeatedly the bits you find really useful if you're time poor or the whole 90 minutes for a home workshop practise!
Here in part 3 we will stretch deeply into the adductors and hips, condition the back before finally moving into King pigeon or Rajakapotasana.
If you don't feel ready for this Part 3 you can go back and practice Part 1 and 2 again! You can practise this video on it's own if you only have half an hour to spare or work through all three parts if you want to delve deep into your back bending practise.
