Hey there, Bestie! Your perspective on "culture fit" is SO on point!!! If I had a dollar for every time I've heard someone mention finding someone who "fits into the culture," I'd be able to buy a small island and see if they all actually fit! The main idea I took away from your thoughts is that it's crucial for us to go beyond simply stating our organizational values and benefits. We need to define the cultural expectations & behaviors that have an impact on our business and also ensure that employees understand what it takes to be successful in the org. You articulated that point so well! I'm really excited to explore the DNA Code and add it to my arsenal as I continue supporting my organizations.
