Yeah, I've been thinking about it everytime when I was getting up in the morning to school or work :D Unfortunately I never managed to do that, so now I have job where I don't have to wake up early ^^
Hiro was the Hero of this show (or a large portion of the forces for good). This series was underrated imo. The Syler character was freaky but they didn't have enough positive balance to discern or diswade his evil murderous ways. Hiro should have time traveled to save Claire the cheerleader. Crazy show... But entertaining & with lots of great actors!
Man, Time passes but Hiro will always be one of my favorite characters; I like that his power is so overpowered that it could legit ruin the show, yet his personality is so wholesome and dorky that it sells the character despite his powers.
I recall there being a episode where Hiro was suffering from the lack of sleep due to his power being borked from Arthur the Leech stealing his original powers and Matt’s kid restarting it.
I think Hiro’s intelligence is a lot higher than three. Just think of all the variables he goes through and manipulates to make the outcome turn out his way when faced with murderers, mobsters, and Sylar. He thinks on the go.
If you stop time for everyone else but you don’t stop doesn’t that mean that you age faster than them. Unless u use your powers to stop aging. Then that would mean he can change the time line of people and objects.
The show never really explored the full extent of Hiro's abilities. I have always suspected he can use his time powers on his own body and stop aging if he wanted to. Or rewind time on his body so whenever he gets injured, rewind time to just before getting injured as if it never happened in the first place. Honestly, his powers were so OP that if the writers wanted to, he could have defeated all the antagonists of every season inside of 1 episode.
In my opinion time control more specifically time manipulation is the most slept on superpower. In my humble opinion I find that it would trump any other superpower
Not very humble since there’s no humility in admitting time manipulation is slept on. SMH quit trying to dump words in your sentences to seem intelligent
Fucking Arthur... Those Damn Patrellis screw everything up. Power hungry families like that are reality all over the world today. It's one reason why everything is so messed up in the world. Need more selfless, empathetic & wise souls running the decision making.
Hiro was a great character. He had such a cool power, but I wish it didn't require so much effort every time he used it tbh - it would've been cool if he could quickly freeze time w/ little effort, like Piper from Charmed.
I tell you, the benefits of having this power is having a plenty of sleep and time to do whatever you’re doing late. With teleportation, you can go anywhere without paying for transportation or flights
That information is wrong, he doesn't actually teleport. Travel in time, being able to change your starting position to that of the end of your trip. In other words, to move from one point to another it is necessary for time to pass, you cannot move from one place to another in stopped time (unless you are walking normally).
Idk about you all, but considering the fact that sylar worked with a lot of watches and clocks, I think controlling time would suit him more than hiro. But that’s just me
The ability to control time would be awesome just because of the amount of things you can do. If you know you're not getting enough sleep, just pause time until you get enough for the night. If you encounter a problem with your present, just reset to before the problem and work out a solution to it. How useful would it be if you're working and you fuck up on something, losing your job because of it? You can go back and make sure it doesn't happen. No one else would know of the fuck up. However, if you do this, how much could you be fucking up the future? What if a certain negative event must happen for an extremely positive result that hasn't happened yet, and now may never occur because you affected it? Superpowers can be pretty awkward in a way really. Personally, I'd love the ability of Probability Manipulation, but I think it's probably best to limit that kind of thing to yourself and people you care about, and try to avoid being greedy. If you edit the probability so you always win the lottery, it could seriously fuck up your life because of how rich you now are because people may try to constantly rob you, and you may fuck up other people's lives because you kind of stole lottery winnings that may have been needed to start something amazing. With Probability Manipulation, I'd avoid greed as much as I can just because I'd want to try not to fuck up too many things. I'd probably only manipulate the probability of stressful situations in my life. For example, there are times when I'm stuck in a certain part of a video game, and I just give up on it completely because no matter how hard I try, I'm just stuck. Change the probability of passing that moment to 100%. Or if I'm struggling to fall asleep, change the probability so I fall asleep immediately and don't wake up until I get the minimum recommended sleep.
