I am always grateful for God's faithfulness in our lives and always love the blessings, and reminders, we find in hymns that are filled with the hope and trust we can find in Jesus. As we enter into a new month and into the season of Spring, I believe music is a great way to escape and fill our minds with the truths we can find in God's Word.
Lamentations 3:22-26 says:
"It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed,
Because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning:
Great is thy faithfulness.
The LORD is my portion, saith my soul;
Therefore will I hope in him.
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him,
To the soul that seeketh him.
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly
Wait for the salvation of the LORD."
