Tried this today & i could go deeper in my squat and definitely could control my core more compared to back squat. Gonna start doing these to train my abs more 😂
I was iffy at first. the curvature of the spine isn't completely correct if your not looking up. arms forward like this, its totally blown. I'm still gonna throw it in I'm not rejecting it just wrapping my head around it
Thats not how "gear" works. I remember when there was a time people were hesitant to speak on what they did not know. The internet has messed that up considerably.
What percentage of those that do squat HEAVY are professionally trained in proper technique? My guess, at most, 5%! The others will invariably cause premature spine and other joint trouble that will plague them much of their adult lives until they receive medical intervention. Find a legit PRO and learn technique 1st !!😊
@@BlGGESTBROTHER exactly. It's flat out stupid to continue to bitch and moan about roid usage when the point of the video was concerning the lift, form, and technique/benefit explanation by Squat University. Bro could take 2x the gear and still not have the physique of the lifter. I swear it's just a group of lazy, unmotivated individuals crying about a guy that far exceeds them physically, and they complain about enhancement as a cope of sorts. No one who is out bettering themselves in the gym is lashing out claiming PED usage at the most unnecessary times, like this lol
Quick search says no, as long as the form is safe. Seems like the same rule as would apply to inexperienced adults. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8669931/
No. Out of anything, it will encourage growth with by reinforcing the bone the same way it does with the elderly and muscle control. They probably shouldn't do extremely heavy weight for obvious reasons.
