Wow, of all the histamine videos this is the one that breaks it down in the Most understandable way for me to learn. From your thorough explainations coupled with the Illustrations. It just clicks for my brain the best.Thank you so much for this. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Does being dehydrated stimulate histamine to protect your lungs from drying out? Would being hydrated minimize the histamine? Coffee, tea, carbs. Perhaps we're chronically dehydrated? To carry this farther being dehydrated can lead to arrythmias. Blood clots. Many years ago I heard a physician lamenting that his mom ended up getting a pacemaker because she was dehydrated. He thought it was wrong. I'm not a doctor, but I've heard more than one complain about these types of things. Nice lecture. Thanks!
Wow, this is such a great observation!! As come to think of it, the time had an allergic reaction, i was definitely dehydrated. Perhaps it might not be a direct causation but i can see it exacerbating or triggering symptoms.
Can the inner body have these rashes? I have pain that seems to move around. Sometimes it feels like its in my back, chest, stomach and other places. Br.
Does it make sense that people get food and airborne allergies due to a lack of mucosa? Antibiotics...The once diverse bacteria i.e. microbiome should be equipped to deal with this so we do not have mast cells secreting histamine causing reactions.
Is the reason I almost always start sneezing where there's an air conditioner working because of the lower temperature? If so, does lower temperature work just like allergens? Or are there any difference?
also dry air from the air conditioner..this could be sufficient to cause a histamine reaction or just initiating a cough/sneeze reflex. Good questions!!
Great question. But i also wouldnt rule out the fact that the air filter could simply be dirty thereby blowing pollen or airborn debris irritating the mucosa
