It was. They cancelled the fourth stage after about five or six cars had gone through and I called it a day then. Not sure if they resumed later for the last two stages. The weather was pretty disappointing by that point.

@@Marvdogger2 From what I saw from the organisers on one of special stages posts. They were told by the MSA representative that it had to stop due to how slippy it had got with the oil on the tarmac. Still though, it's really nice to see some GRP B stuff out in the UK, I usually have to travel to Germany's Eifel rally festival for my fix.

@@ChopperMeir I thought they might have been worried about spectators getting there cars stuck too had it continued with the final two stages.

@@Marvdogger2 funnily enough a few did have to get towed out of the car park on Saturday

I was pretty wet. I did have the foresight to come in a 4 wheel drive and wore wellies.

It was but it was lovely to meet you. I'll be going again next year and hopefully the weather will be a little kinder. I'll keep my eye out for other events.
