I Hope Everyone That Went To The Match Got Home Safely!! 👀

Luke. I came to see your video and say what an amazing experience was having you guys shouting and cheering next to us. I'm a proud AEK fan and a season ticket holder, as a matter of fact my seat is right underneath you and I can see myself in the footage. But let me say, what I felt during the last minutes of the game and after the final whistle is total shame and anger. Myself and several other AEK fans were attacked also by this mob that attacked you because we were trying to talk some sense into these fucking idiots trying to hold them back from going against Brighton fans. It's not the first time. It's like that for decades in Greece. That's why there are no away fans in Greek derbies. Because these bastards cannot behave like a proper human being. They do not cheer for our team, they do not care if our team wins or loses, the only thing they care about is violence and chaos. I was hoping that getting into our new stadium and re-establishing ourselves to european football again would keep those scums away from our stands. I was wrong. They messed up a wonderful night that our team gave it all on the pitch even when we got down to 10 men. Let me say from the bottom of my heart that I'm deeply sorry for what happened to you, your dad and anyone of the BHA fans yesterday. And finally, let me say again a huge thank you for reminding us how beautiful is this game when we cheer next to each other showing just sheer passion and love for our respective teams and the game of football itself. PS: Although I am a Spurs fan in the EPL, let me say it loud and clear: AAAAAAALBIOOOOON AAAAAAALBIIOOOON!

Yesterday it was an amazing game, I feel we (AEK) were a bit unlucky not to get anything from the game as the performance, I felt it was top notch. Anyway, I'm proud for AEK, huge respect for Albion, apologies for the few retarded junkies who think "bravado" is the way to support the team and caused those issues (apologies for the greek police too, but greek police is a joke on its own). Hallo my friend, I am the guy that talked with you at the halftime and I told that my brother lives in Bristol. I want to assure you that the guy with the knife does not work for AEK, I don't know where he found the card that he had around his neck but 100% he does not work for the team or the stadium. Everything happened in front of me and I saw everything that happened, I also screamed at him along with other fans to go away and live you alone. I want to tell that you had also some guys near the glasses that were provoking our fans and that you are lucky that most aek fans at that place of the stadium were chilled people otherwise you would have serious problems. Terrible with the way it was handled and its a relief that no one was seriously hurt or even killed in some ways. As for the game we played very well and got the job done, we didn't need to win by a large margin but just 1-0 gets the job done. Joao pedro coming up clutch for us again! 🔵⚪️

The "Thank God it's halftime" summarized the match very well. AEK was unlucky with the post, Brighton on the other hand was lucky to find a goal from a "soft" penalty. I doubt such a penalty would be called in the Premier League. Anyway, I think Brighton is the #1 favorite to win the Europa league title this year. All the best Luke and Brighton.

We WILL find the guy from the stadium cameras, rest assured, but it will ease and quicken up the whole finding him. He will be removed from the stadium for LIFE. Its the 1st time we had something like that happen on the new stadium and we are terribly sorry about what happened. We still have bad apples in our ranks and we will do whatever we can to remove them. Game situation: 3-3 on the between us games, with 3 pens for you. It hurts, but we have a problem scoring goals. Unfortunately, those 3 pens along with the 2 pens vs Marseille sealed our fate, but hopefully we can go ahead and maybe win or tie with ajax to go through to the conference league. Ill gladly keep watching ur videos, hoping that you go and win this, since you went through instead of us. But you need to stop underestimating the other team. Last year, with the opening of the new stadium we returned to our home and our neighborhood Nea Filadelphia (New Philadelphia) and since then we are trying to expel this kind of idiots and this kind of stupid mentality from our team and stadium. Believe me, the 99,9% of the fans just hate this situation but this unfortunately doesn't only has to do with AEK , its about the whole Greek football. The change needs time to come but i hope we ll get there. What really represents AEK fans is between 12:00 and 14:30 and personally i got emotional by the mutual respect and love. Excellent vlog. Sorry for the bad experience you had from some 'bad apples' of ours. Some tip for the future: before the game is ok to be on the borderline between opponent fans but as the game starts the dynamics change it is better to stay in the middle! Another factor that contributed to the atmosphere getting tense was because we were losing (and did not deserve it) and on the fact that 6 out of 9 goal against us came from penalties ... (3/3 from Brighton and in my opinion they were all although all of them were granted by the VAR) Keep up the good work and enjoy!

Yes the Athens police love to use the teargas.I got caught up in a demonstration in Athens about 3 years ago.They batten charged the demonstrates and tear gassed them.Was total panic and everyone running as fast as they could to get out of the situation.

I quitted going to our stadium. Many of our ultras are horrible human beings disgracing our team. They pretend to be progressive and in for human rights, but they re hypocritic totalitarians. Thank you for your understanding, the majority of AEK fans are decent people but if me or my family was attacked like that, i am not sure i would be able to see it like that.
