I stumbled upon your channel by accident and have been hooked ever since. It has been a nice way to “get back to Italy”, without leaving home until able to do so again. I particularly love seeing areas I am less familiar with that showcase the amazing views, rich history of each property, distinct architectural styles and the comforting “come with me”. As though we are about to embark on a wonderful journey with a friend. I look forward to more videos and spectacular properties!
This is, without a doubt, the finest real estate sales video I have ever seen. It beautifully showcases the rooms, pausing to allow the view to absorb what is present without being slow. Each detail and movement, from the floor plans to the change of direction of the camera, shows off the apartment. Nothing pulls the focus from the real estate. Perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Umbria..the green heart of Italy...not as many people travel here, but it the best place with so many beautiful towns such as Assisi, and also lake Trasimeno. And this apartment is stunning, an amazing combination of old character and modern improvements :o)

My favorite video so far. Was great to see Danilo take off his jacket when entering back into the Livingroom. Made him feel part of the home rather than just giving a tour. I like that. Oh my God I almost skipped this video. I could go on for a whole page about this place. The ceilings , the cozy library , the open second floor visual to the second floor . The attic and how they opened it up to the terrace. God I really want this place. The canary yellow open second floor with that semi circled stairs leading to the second floor.. I would have the best feeling walking up and down those stairs because of the really cozy neat design. The exterior paint color is my color , it's so excitingly beautiful.. . The front exterior door , so different with the medieval iron Works in the door itself. The door knocker. The corner stone curvature of the granite stones oh my it's quite beautiful . How much , if it's for sale , is this particular townhouse. ?????? It's probably already sold , but I'm curious as to the original asking price. Thank you

OMG!!..This showing is ULTRA-Luxury Danilo. The current residents have beautifully accessorized and furnished this Florentine apartment. A mixture of classic and modern styles, so well presented. I love the modern kitchen, the frescoed walls and ceilings. The living area which is your personal favorite is justly so.. what a beautiful space. The videos keep improving--adding of floorplans highlighting featured area, and now aerial video highlighting/defining the exterior, make these presentations much more powerful and helpful to visualize. The host is charming and calm, which is a welcome relief from the high-energy, fast-talking, typical estate agent. After host's closing, a screen recapping the property's basics (where, size, #beds/baths, land included, price, etc.) would be helpful--then your company's contact information. Well done and thank you for this opportunity to virtually visit and learn more about the properties for sale.

Hello Danilo, This is a great video. I was very surprised at the classic beauty and warmth of this home. I was not expecting it. I love everything about this property. It has everything. The fireplaces are wonderful. The library is one of my favorite rooms. The music room is really something too. You can grow your own Herbs on that balcony for your cooking in that fantastic Kitchen. I happen to love the color of the exterior too, that shade of red is gorgeous. A wonderful video to start the New Year. Coming from you I am not surprised. HAPPY NEW YEAR, to you and yours Danilo.
