With perfect conditions and a competitive environment, almost all the GC riders set their best pure ᵉW/Kg values or close them in the exciting Tour de Suisse stage 6 mountain top finish. Adam Yates pushed 7.19 ᵉW/Kg for 19:31 min, while Joao Almeida with more draft averaged 7.13 ᵉW/Kg. Mattias Skjelmose after an unsuccessful stage yesterday performed better on easy parcour with 7.13 ᵉW/Kg for 19:36 min. All three riders broke the All-Time Top 30 trend line, which has become more like the red Generational trend line as the riders have improved in the last two years and continue to reach new heights. Even Egan Bernal and 10th place finisher Felix Gall broke the red trend line, which 10 years ago in the Sky era even in such perfect conditions was practically impossible.

Well those performances were exceptional. Today there definitely not going to be a pod and will combine both Villar sur Ollon stages on Sunday + maybe add women's both Villar sur Ollon performances in Suisse

Don't believe in the idea that only a few riders are suspects of using doping substances, if there are all the Peloton is doing it, the difference is that the means they have are not the same, like Armstrong era almost all riders were doing it, but some guys were doing better, with colossal means ,some since years ago and that's why they much more times than others ,Lance Armstrong didn't win because he was the only riders using doping ,he won because he was using one of the most expensive means of doping and he do it better than the most riders at the time, that's why sometimes UCI ,Race organizations closed their eyes, otherwise they simply will run out of riders to the professional cycling who were able to make them win a lot of money!!

The big difference is consistency. I doubt there is doping happening a lot. I always wondered why Armstrong & others were just good at TdF and the rest of the year they "prepared their form" which I never could understand. Nowadays the best riders are really good all year long more or less constantly. This gives me at least a lot more trust.

Any evaluation of team UAE needs to begin, and end, with DOPING. Mauro, Maxtin and let's not forget Pantanis best friend Andrea are the three scoundrels managing/doping this team.

@@andreim1270 i love the racing, PEDs or not. What I don't appreciate are the fanboys propping up a team, manager or rider as "super, special or dominating". The racing, amongst equals, is fantastic - the nonsensical praise heaped on teams like UAE, VISMA, TBV while ignoring the known/admitted cheats managing those teams is ridiculous.
