6:23 We've a Trader who brings a Supercharged TR6 in for MOT's. Can't remember which make of Supercharger but it sounds amazing and goes like stink apparently (for a car of its age!). 11:26 Think hid the plans for the 2CV in a barrel so they couldn't be discovered during the war. The 2CV (mentioned 13:53) actually had an engine from a GS to give more oomph so not the puny little 602cc 2 cylinder originally fitted.

My uncle had a 2CV. Best suspension ever. Seats were like glorified garden seats. But what fun to be in as an 8 year old.

Thanks for the tour guys. Sorry you missed out on the TR6, Simon, but bargain hunters need to be patient types, I've found! The TR6 has long been a favourite of mine, especially in Magenta, but sadly never got to own one. Plumped for a Dolomite Sprint in Mimosa instead, although that too came in Magenta, but couldn't source a suitable used example at the time. ("So what", I hear you cry!)😂

I had a 1967 Austin Healy Sprite it only had one problem - engine built missing metal ring in head for valve to close on - got new head under warrenty and sold it as fast as I could!!!

Great selection of cars there Simon. The Holland and Holland Range rovers did they not have gun cases in the back as standard or was it an added extra..

The TR6 would have had Lucas fuel injection rather than twin SU's. Especially to get the 150bhp. Dropped to 125 bhp in 1972(?).

Shame about the Spitfire, that could have been fun!
