Without MoH it wouldn't been any Call of Duty.

MoH: loved it Underground: loved it Front Line: loved it Allied Assault: loved it Pacific Assault: Loved it European Assault: loved it but really short........... Rising Sun: loved it Airborne: never played it, want to.. MoH(2010): was pretty good, still play it from time to time but I still play Allied Assault my favorite.

Honestly, i'd love to see Airborne get a sequel. The jumping out of a plane with being able to go to different objectives needs to return.

i remember looking at the back of airborne box and thinking 'good graphics' then put it in and thought what the hell? and looked at the back of the box again in disgust. most rendered screenshots ever.

Allied Assault was probably the best MoH for its time. The online multiplayer was really fucking good too.

I like MOH: Rising Sun. It was the first one that I played and it got me hooked onto the series. And, it would've been cool if there was a sequel to Rising Sun, which was planned, but got cancelled in early development.

Frontline was so epic loved that game

Me and my father played MoH Allied Assault for the first time in 2003. I was three years old back then and I watched my dad play. From that moment I knew that army and history was something just for me.

MOH Needs to go back to WWII Like seriously Combine the jumping aspect from airborne and have it as an all pacific theater campaign! With dope multiplayer!! Have a 2014 wwii shooter since we havent had one in forever. Leave the modern day for Battlefield and COD

2010 is where EA looked at cods sales after cod4 and thought hmmmm yummy, lets make a modern warfare game to get more sales.

Loved Rising sun and European Assault, played em on PS2, wishing I could play them on PC but can only play Airborne.

People may complain about the amount of modern and sci-fi shooters at the moment, but this just goes to show how over-saturated the market was with WW2 shooters in the early to mid 2000s, especially when you include titles like COD, Company of Heroes, etcetera.

to the chap who said MOH always sucked. You realise you probably wouldn't be playing COD which is in your avatar, if it wasn't for MOH? MOH got the ball rolling on the WW2 fps genre. Wolfenstein came first, but MOH was the first realistic WW2 shooter attempt. Infinity Ward were formed from a group of guys who worked on Medal of Honor Allied Assault. Initially, COD was trying to be the MOH beater, not the other way around! In fact, the early COD and MOH games had very similar gameplay

Medal of Honor needs to go back to World War II, because both of their "modern warfare" games have sucked shit. Besides, it's been a while since we've had a good WWII shooter. I think enough time has passed to where it would be refreshing to have another one.

Medal of Honor Allied Assault was really good to play with friends. I still remember the last time I played it, brings lots of nostalgia.

The Allied Assault series is still my favorite, because SpearHead and Breakthrough were one of those few games that had good single player and multi-player. FPS games now are just multiplayer and then the single player is dry and ends in 25 min.

I bet none of the kids who bragged about Medal of Honor knew any games existed pre MoD: Airborne. Same with Call of Duty kids, not knowing there were games pre Modern Warfare. Oh man does MoD: Allied Assault bring back memories. Call of Duty 2 will always be the best though.

I still remember when my dad got me the first MOH. Absolutely loved it. Later, I got Frontline, Rising Sun, and European Assault. All amazing games. I don't know why people hate on the new ones. They're just as amazing. I love how much they put into the authenticity of the games, then and especially now. Too many games are filled with the Hollywood explosions and whatnot with horrible stories. At least Medal of Honor does it all justice.

Bruuuhhh, MOH and MOH: War Fighter have better graphics than COD2016

This series is totally better than any "Call Of Duty". I first played a demo of "Frontline", then I played "Rising Sun" and then I got the three-pack which included "Frontline", "Rising Sun" and "European Assault". I also played "Vanguard", "Airborne", "Heroes" and the rebooted games.

Where is MohAA packs Breakthrough and Spearhead?

I remember being sick with the swine flue home from school all day when I was 11. Played through Vanguard over and over for a week. It holds a place in my heart.

Medal of Honor Underground needs a remake

Watching MOH: Rising Sun footage makes me remember the times i went over to my friend's house to play it. It may seem like a long time ago for me, but it was probably four or five years ago.

Frontline was probably the best Medal of Honor just because of how memorable the campaign is and how much time I spent with my grandpa playing it. It will always be one of the best first person shooters in my opinion.

MOHAA. The Daddy of WW2 FPS games on PC. CoD fans owe a lot to this game. My first ever FPS and still my favourite!

Medal of Honor Frontline was so unique to me when I was a kid playing it. The atmosphere and feel was just unique.

MOH: Airborne is my personal favorite. Friggin LOVE that game, Michael Giacchino's score does so much for the atmosphere too. And damnit if the MP-40 in that game isn't the coolest-sounding MP-40 in any WWII video game lol

I hope the next BF title is based on WW2. Or that EA releases a WW2 Based MoH! That'd be epic. But improbable.

As a long time gamer i enjoy these History Of videos. I usually find the older ones are better, not graphically of course, and makes me want to play them again!

I respect all MOHA games but the best one is airborne (no doubt about it).They should remake it with the modern games programs.The 2ww is a true war,the most incredibile one and nearly endless,there isn't too much technology,you have billions of different situation (fiji island,africa,stalingrad),amazing differences between all army(German, "partisan")with differnt tactics,guns,vehicles.They should add:Multiplayer Offline:real elite corps (X mas,S.S,Totenkopf,Russian snipers)Without inventing them.I could speak for hours long about how they should do it.Make a new-"old" type of game like this could also destroy the copetition(Cod-battlefield),Now MOHA is just doing commercials game about unreal wars and they are aven far away from being the best war game maker.

MOHAA was the game that introduced me to FPS, I loved the hell out of that game. I know I will receive flame for this but my favorite is probably warfighter, just because I enjoy the mechanics of working with my buddy to effectively play as a team.

My god, even now, just listening sound design and soundtrack of the two firsts MoH, it was so prodigious for that time, i was 8 in 1999 and this is in my memory until my death. So epic, so powerful, so vintage, the WWII was fashionable at that time. Now all that is past... I know many players around the world are like me, linked by memories with this amazing game, amazing serie, which sadly failed more and more with years... RIP, forever in our thoughts.

A while back a friend gave me his PS2 games that he longer played, among them was CoD: Big Red One and MoH: Rising Sun. I played both and chose to discard CoD, and continue playing MoH. It was one of the best decisions of my life.

MoH had an opportunity to retake the throne but they wasted it by creating yet another "modern warfare" games with poorly executed scripts... People are sick with all those new pew-pew lazors and quasi-futuristic crap served by CoD. We need to go back to WW2 guys! Just imagine how astonishing it could look right now!

when I first bought my PS1,I only had 5 games....need for speed,tony hawk,wipeout,tomb raider & medal of honor...all these games became franchises (except wipeout - awesome soundtrack tho) & spawned many sequels....but medal of honor tops them all...it has & will always be my favourite ! thanks for fighting through memory lane....

my first fps was moh: rising sun, i loved it! i still remember those times when i was a kid and playing co-op or splitscreen with my friends! it was also very entertaining to play alone as the multiplayer could be played alone against bots. then came moh: european assault, my first fps where you were able to aim down sights. i always liked guns and that was a awesome new thing in games for me! when i was at last years of primary school the airbourne came out and i bought it and played it for a loooong time, it looked pretty and was great, especially multiplayer (though it was really laggy and slow overall...). about an year ago i got my hands on my girlfriends brothers old allied assault and loved it too! moh is my childhood. now im an grown ass man and after 35 days im going to be in a army to see what army is for real. oh how the time flies...

Im a giant MoH fans and I have so many great memories of playing MoH games. The only ones I haven't played are Pacific Assault and 2010. Some of my favorites are European Assault, Heroes, Allied Assault, and Frontline.
