11:19 No offense, but that's like calling the 2000s a century, despite being widely used as a decade right now. Such an inconsistency is the reason why I get triggered when people use decades (1600s, 1700s, 1800s, etc.) as centuries. P.S. Emma Morano was born in the 1890s, not the 1800s. The last living person who was born in the 1800s would've been born in no later than 1809.
