To the men out there suffering, take everything to trial, don’t settle and have a privately hired stenographer at the hearing. I know its expensive. It may not make a difference in the overall system, but bare minimum, it may help the judge understand that you are educated and serious. I’ve been through it all.

My baby mama takes my $3K a month and still gets government subsidies. This is because she doesn’t have to claim the income or pay taxes or allow me to deduct the money I give her or the child on my taxes. Nor do I have any say in how the money is spent. Complete scam.
Good perspectives! Thus far, mine gets non-taxed support money from me and lives rent-free in my house. I had to seek residence elsewhere. Mine is able to take all the discounts or low-income deductions simply by not wanting to work more, simply by not being held to account to work. There-by having more money from that savings in her hands. I make too much and have to pay full price despite a large chunk of money being basically stolen by government process.
Not only that but she can neglect the relationship with your child, and have no consequences for doing so but the child support amount racks up with each missed payment!

I went thru Florida family court system...It destroys one parent to build up another...my X’s pulled a sneaky .i live in Fort Myers Florida..my wife decided that she wanted to move to Boca Raton Florida..so she was going to move there with her sister look for a job and a home for all of us..Well after she got established then found a boy friend she filed for divorce...I was a 6 hour drive away...to see my son ...Then the Florida court judge over inflated my income by 26 thousand dollars...so I was paying the family bills plus had to drive to see my son 12 hours every time I would go I had to drive back and forth...I couldn’t afford it.Then I get slammed for 65% of my check ..I was making 8500.00 for the year...the judge put me down as making 52 thousand dollars a year...I showed him the tax’s records that where filled showing what I made ..he said I can’t take these then he threw them across his desk...I am not excepting these,,,well the IRS did and that’s what I made...so the judge ignored what I made and over inflated my income...so I couldn’t afford to pay it...I stopped paying all the bills and couldn’t afford a roof over my head..my X’s gets to enjoy life with my son while I got destroyed...The idiots that made up these laws should loose be fired!!! Learn contract law, this is the only way out. All lower tier courts are equity courts, they deal only in contracts (agreements). All laws are dictated by contract, even the Constitution. UCC and rules of commerce are the way out. You separate yourself from your all caps commercial entity name, and become it's authorized representative, but don't own it. That way you the living being are now separated from the commercial fake illegal world. You can still use the fiction all caps name but contracts are now dictated by you and which contracts you decide are best for you. This is contract law. See? i presently "owe" child support about $37,000 in arrears. most of that has accrued during 9 years of incarceration. my children are grown, being 25 and 24 years old. their mother has seldom been on welfare assistance, and i owe that money to the mother, not the state. i am now being threatened once again by the child support agency to suspend my drivers license, which is about the only tool i have presently available to me to sustain myself. i am even needing food stamp assistance myself at this point, and i live with my elderly parents. How do i fight back against these careless, oppressive people? i am nearly disabled but i still try to work. these people want me to attend workshops and show proof of this and that, all of which requires a substantial income to undertake anyways, like driving to their facility 30 miles away 3 times a week. what do they expect me to do, walk there and camp out back, living out of dumpsters just to meet their requirements?

its not judicial or administrative... its quasi judicial and quasi administrative. a judge of a real court cannot hear these actions. they are done with court commissioners who have no judicial power but act in the interest of the business of the county

How can you be responsible for a debt that you didn't sign a contract for? Your 14th amendment right protects you from this type of situation. A right to due process, they have to prove that you occurred this debt with the state. until you sign a contract with them you have no debt. They are hired by the state to collect debt, they are a debt collector contracted by the state. And like I said how can you occur a debt when you haven't signed a contract. BEWARE!
I wish they would go more into over-payment and the lack of the CS agency to get those over-payments back to the parent to they took it from. I was forced to over pay by $5,000.00 and was told by the CS agency that if I wanted to get it back I would have to take the mother Small claims court.

i am a victim that has tried to think and try anything i can think of without harming/robbing/hurting other humans!!! i work full time and still can't pay child support $25k i am 41, i have thi pay this on my daughter who i never got to see. i have always had a clean record a good life etc. my daughters mom, grandma and uncles moved with custody of my daughter, states Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas, moving place to place to place to place using the system and keeping my daughter away so they can get paid yearly child tax refund credits for having her! i don't drink, clean record etc. i work full time. the arrears started because of legit lay offs and loss of transportation. i can't own a car, house, etc. it's so sick. IT IS FRAUD, BUT YET I CAN'T GET RID OF THEM. i wrote a 3 page letter front and back about how my daughters mom and family are and how they keep her away and broken judge orders etc. i have been wanting to end my life but i don't because i keep praying there is a miracle that'll happen besides my path to the pearly gates when it's my time. I can't get a fishing license, boat, recreational, house, car, bank account, tax refunds, NOTHING! i work full time and pay my monthly bills to survive, and yet i budget and guess what, no way to pay on child support back pay. seriously. i think of a 2nd job, guess what, i'll be working for nothing becasue gas prices, and if i get a second job, taxes, garnishments of course. it's so sick!! IN CONCLUSION, CHILD SUPPORT IS A SCAM FOR THE STATE GOVERNMENTS TO GET A PEICE OF THE PIE. Women go through this too now. Men and women. Anyone who does not have full custody, and who has an ex who wants it (Child Support) from him or her. For many people, the amount they are required to pay is more than what they are able to handle, and this can have very negative consequences for the non custodial parent, and their children as well in some cases, the family of the non custodial parent, and even other people because the effects spread out to many people. Child support needs to be reasonable for all people who support their child or children. Some people are set up to fail if they can't consistently meet the obligation. I say can't, because that is very different from won't. Also, it is true that the pressure to avoid being the non custodial parent with all of the implications that come with that, can cause parents to fight more out of fear. No one wants to be on the losing end of a custody battle. The non custodial parent loses their rights in general, with little hope of ever seeing an improvement for their situation. Very sad. When Civil Service became permanent, there was need to provide gov jobs and the creation of Family Court was begun as an extraction of assets from the general public impoverishing them and the child purported to be the benefactor. Genuine social science has has proven the disruption of the family, the absence of the father, the stresses of mandatory participating in the state requirements are all detrimental in the extreme.
If one of the reasons for child support is to get the custodial parent off public assistance. Why can the custodial parent receive public assistance and child support? Isn't that double dipping?
I was a single parent raised 3 children on my own never lived off public assistance. Put myself thru college now disabled and I'm don't qualify for any additional assistance they say I'm above poverty level. Yet those mothers that live off the system live better off. I'm still paying off my student loan after 30 years. They should help those that paid ssi and taxes and Medicare thru our hard work.

Majority Lawyers will not help you. You have to know and demand your own rights and tell them what to do. And even then you have to watch them like a hawk bc their allegiance is to the court system not their clients.

Sole Custody father of two sons, yet considered a deadbeat dad, because of a child support order for a child that is not mine, I'm not listed on the Birth Certificate knew nothing about this child, was not given notice of until after judgement and order to pay , then when I asked for a DNA test, was denied because of third party witness, and facing going to prison for not paying child support . I see one major problem with this arguement. Equality under the law. If you make a program, you cannot exclude anyone. Otherwise, your NOT equitable. It's best NOT to have any law to protect one class of citizen vs another. I've recently been thinking of the many special programs that exclude "normal" citizens. Whether a child, old, gay, handicap, etc, etc. If you set aside public money to specialized group, everyone else is exclude from those funds, which ARE public funds.

I live in South Carolina and have a court date on December 13 of this year to show cause of non payment, I am scared for my freedom everyday now, my mom have refinanced her home to borrow around 30,000 that I’ve been making the $800.00 payment a month to her for child support so she can make her mortgage payment and am still require to pay $636.00 in regular child support, my taxes prove I. Haven’t been able to pay even the 636 a month to begin with…and now I fear that come next month on the 13th of December, the courts are gonna try to put me in jail just like the last time my mom refinanced on her home to keep me out 4 months ago!!! This system has almost got me entrapped and is so unfair, the officer who was supposed to serve me my court papers, went back to the court office and informed them that “it looked like I was moving and to get a bench warrant for my arrest”!!!
