I visited the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California in the Spring of 2008. I always make sure to visit when I'm in the area. It's a lovely outdoor mall with balloon animal makers, artists creating, musicians playing and many great shopping locations.

- Taken with a Canon DC-220 direct-to-DVD camcorders
Upscaled Video:
- 2160p 59.94 FPS UHD 4K video
- Frame rate doubled using EMA-VFI AI Video Frame Interpolation
- Frame size quadrupled using Real-ESRGAN at 4X scale
NO VIDEO EDITOR WAS USED TO MAKE THIS VIDEO!!
