For the Acolyte, I kinda wish there was more ambiguity around whether the twin was alive or not. If there was more of a potentially unreliable narrator. Maybe there still could be but it would take more work. Otherwise, as a straight forward show, it is... straight forward.

In the Venom trailer, it's the exact same bartender -- his hair was in a ponytail in No Way Home and he just took his ponytail down in the trailer -- it's even implied to be the exact same day not even an hour later. My one major criticism of the Acolyte is its characters are not-believably really dumb, and don't think dynamically for even a moment at every given opportunity apart from the odd marvel-quip. I guess the makeup and cgi could be better too, but doesn't bug me so much. Still seems less dumb than Ahsoka. Edited to rag on Kenobi too; ooof.
