HITMAN 2 Paris - "Lights Out" Mission Story with Challenges

In this video i'll show you how to get some challenges through the "Lights Out" mission story, during the mission "The Showstopper" from Paris location.
The Paris location is available only if own "HITMAN Game of the Year Edition" or the DLC "Legacy Pack" for HITMAN 2.
Here below you can find the timestamps for the challenges unlocked in this Mission Story:
3:35 - Mission Story "Lights Out" (Trick Viktor Novikov on exposing himself on the catwalk)
5:40 - Ducks in a row (Collect the stage schedule)
6:40 - One little mistake (Make Sebastian Sato sick)
7:30 - Setting the stage (Eliminate Sebastian Sato and hide the body without getting spotted)
12:14 - The Showstopper (Assassinate Viktor Novikov with the light rig)
12:40 - Speechless (Assassinate Viktor Novikov with a firearm while he is on stage)

ATTENTION IF YOUR PLAYING HITMAN 3!: Novikov can be killed and the showstopper challenge can be obtained by dropping the light rig on him as he walks through the crowd at the other end of the stage. He will pause for a moment at the corner of the crowd and the walk through. As soon as he starts walking from his idle position, release the rig.

You gotta walk on stake as the male star, go to the meeting and kill the chick, then do it. Or at least that is what worked for me.

Need help, novikov never gets in the stage :(. I read a lot of people have the same problem, anyones know if that is a glitch or something?

It takes some minutes before he goes on stage. Also is very strange that isn't working for you. I replayed this mission and is working for me (on PC). As i said before you have to wait some couple of minutes. Let me know ;)

I had the same problem (I am playing this for the first time). I had already killed Sato, and Novikov was waiting behind the stage but would not come out. For anyone wondering I only have Hitman 2 not Hitman 3, not sure if it is patched the same way. edit: I played it a second time. I made sure Sato was alive before starting the story mission by listening to the guards, but I had already collected the stage list. I made Sato leave by playing the diorama three times, then I went back to the lighting rig. As soon as I walked out onto it he came onto the stage immediately - it seems like the story mission requires things to be done in a very specific order or it will bug out...and once I dropped the rig the game crashed! Make sure you save before trying this objective!

I dont think you need to knock out sato anymore because I did it without doing so

@@Dutch-vanderlinde Novikov will accompany Sato to the catwalk around 20 minutes into the mission. If you want to speed things up, you can get rid of Sato, Novikov will realize this and goes to the catwalk alone.

Hi, just started Hitman, enjoy your videos. Was wondering if you a) you have to take out Santo, b) is it necessary to kill him? as in non-target killed. Cheers! Keep up the great work.

Legacy maps on HITMAN 3 have some issues with the challenges. Unfortunately you have to wait for a patch from IOI

Same here. Tried reloading a few times and it still won't give it to me. Hopefully they patch it soon. It really bugs the completionist in me lol.

I got the deluxe game of this from a very good friend of mine I'm staring with easy right away before getting into those hard levels and still learning things while I play missions it's cool having so many options .

Is it possible to do this without any non-target deaths, and if so then how?

For what I barely remember it should be possibile but you have to do some stuff first that, as I said, I don't remember. It's a shame, specially when it's a canon kill of the original story.
