Diana and 47 must have the strongest bond in gaming. Especially when 47 can trust Diana to poison him and not die. even after she learnt 47 killed her parents she still aids him. Best pals 😊
I really liked how they turned a bald (as one of the only thing he had that was describable) , angry, blank face killer to a real character with flaws and motives and most important of all feelings.
@@joemcleod6401 @bluesyrupgc4224 His whole arc in the WoA trilogy is him regaining his control, not as a tool, but as a person with autonomy and feelings that he himself dictates. The toxin sequence after Mendoza outright tells us he has fears, doubts, and that he grapples with his past because of his deep trust of Diana (which he firmly defends with Grey in the second cutscene after the Dubai mission). It's meant to give him proper closure as the protagonist of the franchise, who was originally created to just be another Cool Guy poster child. So, yeah, he technically didn't "have" emotions because of Ort-Meyer's serum and his extensive psychological conditioning, but Hitman 3 as an arc is meant to show that he is, in fact, a human being, and not a soulless machine like the Institute made him believe.

3:11 I think it's reference to comics. In one of the last episodes Lucas said something like "I've never planned it this far" when they started a riot. That's why 47 says "you never do". Actually I noticed that when I played this episode, but I thought there will be many people, who will write a comment about it. Surprised no one did))😐
I'm so glad someone mentioned it because I recognised that in my playthrough as well. And their brotherly light bickering is probably what made this game

I'll be honest, I saw Hitman 2016 and Hitman 2 more as "play games" than "story games". I loved the gameplay and the locations, but the story was kinda just there for me. Then Hitman 3 changed EVERYTHING about that. The Dartmoor ending cutscene (You Owe Him Nothing) actually made my heart ache. I just saw it for the first time a few minutes ago... god damn. Lucas before was cool, but again, my heart hurts right now. It all fell apart so fast. Hitman 3's story is fucking amazing.
Going through that cutscene for the first time made me feel the same way. 47 just recently got his memories back, alongside the closest thing he ever had to a brother. Now Providence took that away from him as well. I think Lucas’s cry to “walk away” was a plea to 47, and it absolutely crushed me to see what happened next. Good job to the writers at iOi, they’ve done a masterful job.
Grey shouldn't kill himself so soon, 47 is already in disguise, 47 should had helped Grey during transportation or something when all mercinaries weren't expected.
They should’ve used the third game cutscenes for the second game and the second game cutscenes for the first and the first game cutscenes for the third.
So who are they going to work for since he took down the ICA?.. and will we get another hitman game or will we have to wait until the next generation consoles?.. just because it's the end of this story doesn't mean it the end of *their* story, right?..
Diana and 47 are now independent, working to take down what remains of providence and other like minded organizations, although this may be the last installment in the trilogy, it’s not the last we will see of 47. The ICA will likely return as an organization they will take down (as they are simply too interesting and far to ingrained in the series history to go away this easily), at least that’s my prediction
@@courier6960 We could always see a situation similar to The Franchise in Blood Money. Since we know the ICA was infiltrated by Providence, I'd imagine the people in charge would want revenge for what Diana and 47 did, exposing the agency and stripping the Providence operatives of almost all of their power, their money and their status. And just like the wheelchair guy /corrupt government agent in Blood Money who was trying to hunt 47 down, the entire Franchise was destroyed in the process, and all they have left is legacy. So it makes sense for a lot of high level corrupt people to want both 47 and Diana and everyone they've ever worked with dead. As they're not only business rivals, but personal rivals. And given the news of both the ICA and Providence being exposed to the world in this universe? It makes sense that these events could possibly start a worldwide violent revolution. Which means lots of opportunities for freelancing spies, assassins and hired thugs to make money off these conflicts and back the side(s) they want to be victorious. I'd imagine both 47, and his rivals, could have a lot of potential work on their plate.

This is the last hitman of world of assassination trilogy and io interactive are making a bond game that will probably released in 2 to 3 years I THINK and IF they decide to make another hitman io interactive may release in 6 to 7 years lmao
So Hitman 3 is the end of the "World Of Assassination" trilogy (Hitman 2016, Hitman 2, and Hitman 3). After this IOI are taking a break, but believe me, Hitman is far from being done as a series. It was already a well known series, but the World Of Assassination trilogy made it far more mainstream and popular from what I can tell. Hell, I played Absolution and thought it was decent, but I didn't get big into Hitman until I played Hitman 2016 (Paris is one of the best levels in gaming history).

47 is broken and relied on her intellect and judgement, so he’d be lost without her too. It’s pretty obvious they both qualities and skills to get them somewhere😂 and they want the other to fill the other’s weakness. Idk what him being dangerous on himself means lol.
I wanna say that ending was not what I wanted, wasnt there literally an antidote to the serum in the previous Hitman? I am sure the Constant will be back as he was left unharmed
A bit late, but that scene where Grey steals the antidote and blows someone from the Ether building likely indicates he blew up the only one who knows the formula to the antidote (as well as the lab) and just like the virus Caruso made, the antidote is pretty much gone forever. Even if they could try and rebuild it again, providence has already fallen, and no one will be willing to use their own assets to save a man who can't do anything to restore providence.
I saw plenty of the hitman 2016 and 2018 references. But were there any Blood Money references? You know, the game that gave the series its biggest most vital popularity boost.

Providence has been completely neutralized as an organization by the end of the story, that’s a pretty big jump from the beginning of Hitman 2016 where they aren’t even known outside of rumors by anyone but themselves.
@@SLISKI_JOHNNY Yes, people who aspire to fill that role. In the lore however Providence was always the most powerful circle, the true kingmakers for just about everything worldwide. There's a reason people compare them to the Illuminati. And in Hitman it's taken them since 1945 to become as powerful as they are, nobody or group can just recreate that legacy and power in an instant. With Freelancer 47 and Diana are really just working to snuff out anything of the like before it can come to fruition. Basically, they're stopping a Providence 2.0 from forming before it's even incepted by monitoring the existing global elites.
You know, I called quits. For me Absolution was the Hitman narrative I was interested in learning more about. I don't particularly care much for 007-ish.
