Thanks so much for the help once again! Unfortunately I dropped the ball at the last second, the volunteer turned around and caught me before I got subdue him in time but at least I got the new suit just before the ET went away.

So, does that mean after each elusive target has appeared, it cycles back and reveals them again?

@@DrasticSun yes, if you RU-vid an elusive target. You'll find videos for release year 1-2-3. I missed some this year, and botched one. I'll just get them next year when they come back around. Not all ETs recycle but that's the rub

The queers at IO got a hard on for dimitri big time. Besides the pink track suit, this suit is the gayest yet. Over the years since the square Enix court deal IO has become woker and woker. Hitman 2016 has got to be the best in this 3 series considering it’s characters, voice lines, and values. A long shot from H3 and this turd of a ET.
