Accident kills allow the dead body to be found without you losing SA. This also applies to poison kills, sedative poison takedowns, and accidental takedowns.
@@HerrJaeger64 explode a fire extinguisher, make someone slip on a banana or on grapes, make someone slip on water, push someone from a low ledge, tranqulize someone, knock someone out with a propane explosive (be careful, 'cause if he is too far away he will just be knocked down, and if he's too close he would die). I think there are more ways, but I don't remember them.
Just DO NOT move the body after the fact (mainly through the action prompt). This will undo the 'tag' (in the game's code) that is placed on the body and void SA when the body is found by another NPC. When you kill a target through an 'accident' or poison, you do not need to hide the body. Same goes for a sedative knockout but grabbing the person when they're about to fall off a ledge is okay but you'll have to hide their unconscious body at that point.
Just a little list for every "wildcard" disguise on most maps: Paris: the Sheikh and Helmut Krueger, both able to bypass frisks with no enforcers and are only exempt from the Attic, an already easy-to-get-to area with enough stealth. Bangkok: The kitchen staff. Not a very difficult disguise, I know, but one that is allowed in the basement, Jordan's suite, and allowed to poison food. It may seem like an odd choice but given how useful it is for poisoning the fish that Ken eats and for Jordan's cake, it is actually pretty useful. Colorado: The Point Man. There aren't really any perfect disguises in Colorado, but the point man is legally allowed to have a Sniper rifle, and has no enforcers. Hokkaido: the Director. He's a really easy key to both targets and can be used to unlock the fridge and get Smith's RFID chip. Sgail: Jeb. Block. Provides easy access to Sophia and most other areas of the map. No enforcers. Dartmoor: Phineas Witmer. He is an easy disguise to grab with no enforcers. Allowed in every place you can get to, even with a lockpicking agent of some sort Berlin: Rolf Hirschmüller. Allowed everywhere with no restriction but the ICA agents which already enforce.
If you ever find difficulty looking for camera evidence on Hitmaps; just go to: the triple square icon > Hide all > Points of Interest > uncross Destroy Evidence. Hopefully this helps someone
There's another thing with bullet induced panic: A loud gun will always cause a panic and cause nearby guards to run to where they heard the shot. The thing is: If you move far enough away from that spot, the guards will (more than likely) not pay any attention to you in trespassing zones until they get to where the shot was heard and go into a search state. A loud gun isn't a useless gun. Hell, knocking out a guard and grabbing their pistol can be a great way of luring and manipulating NPCs. This is called a 'gun lure'. This can be used to move guard NPCs around and even take care of them in an isolated place silently. You just place or drop the gun where you want it (preferably not while in full sight of a NPC unless you're in a guard disguise) and then either wait or throw an item to lure someone into view of the weapon. Just be aware that this typically does not work on target bodyguards. They'll often call in another guard to take care of the found weapon.
Not sure why you say Marrakesh is difficult to disable the cameras. It's downright easy. In the embassy, there's only one guard in the room regularly. It's on the first floor. There's a copy machine outside the door. You can use that as a lure, go in and knock the guy out in the room and hide the body or just shoot the camera machine from the door. There's a body bin not far from the copier to hide the body. What is hard about that? Bangkok I'll give you is more difficult. Tons of guards in the room, npcs all over outside the room. I've managed to shoot it from across the room and high tail it out of there before but it's a tough one.
Thanks bro really need it,I replaying Hitman(only 1 and 2 but gonna get 3 soon)I my mission is reach level 20 in every map(already did in 1),complete all challenges and complete it again but on master difficulty once in all maps
Used to play hitman 1 & 2 on ps4, recently got back into the game on PC. Thx for this video, great refresher on the mechanics. Hoping you do a follow up video covering more niche mechanics :)
Awesome video!!! Been playing for a long time, one question, why are you not playing on master difficulty, especially with the experience you have in the game
I’ve been getting this bug/glitch once or twice on Paris where at the default starting location I would lose silent assassin instantly after starting. I didn’t check if this was a visual mistake because I restarted but I was wondering if anyone else had that or what to do if it happens again? Also loved the video very helpful tips ❤😊
Just a correction! (from <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="245">4:05</a>) dartmoor does have a camera evidence box, its in the staff area downstairs near the kitchens
Thumbnail is false if you have the blue flamingo suit you must have done multiple community levels with no mission story’s meaning they created their own scenario’s
Question about destroying camera evidence.. "Not ever map will give you the chance to get rid of the evidence, some maps like Bangkok and Marrakesh it's almost impossible." Does that mean it is possible on every map just some are more difficult?
Both have only one spot for camera evidence. It's easier to just avoid and destroy cameras rather than seek out the security room. Thankfully, in Marrakesh, the Consolate is the only place that has cameras and that place has a few methods of entry that avoid annoying camera locations.
My main problem with tricks is that they mostly glitches/AI flaws and I don't enjoy abusing such things. For speedrun? Sure. But for regular gameplay this is a huge loss of immersion.
I disagree, I think most of these are on purpose. Hitman's AI is very simple, but very predictable. If you can shoot quickly and book it out of here, you've got it. That requires skill so it's not really cheating imo. But you know, do what you feel like
I'm not sure it's there in the actual level. I remember expecting it to be there and being surprised it wasn't while trying to do a challenge on the campaign version.
Depends what level of "beginner" we're talking about. If we talk someone new to Hitman but familiar with stealth games, then it's just a matter of getting used to the game's unique quirks. If we talk your average casual gamer who tends to mainly do action games then I'd say just achieving Silent Assassin alone would be a feat, but they can get there with effort. If it's someone who touches a game once every 3 months at most, usually mixes up buttons and was just recommended to try Hitman, they're screwed
