With this method you can complete the contract in under 3 minutes with a Silent Assassin -rating and fulfilling all the optional requirements of this contract. This method requires the following starting location/items:
- The Block (starting location)
- Corridor (agency pickup)
- Kalmer 1 - Tranquilizer
- ICA Proximity Taser
- Breaching Charge
- Sieger 300 Ghost (at the agency pickup)
