I picked up Hitman 3 for Christmas, but I'm not going to bother making an IOI account to transfer my Hitman 2 progress, so I'm starting from scratch again.
To get these lethal syringes, I had to get Mastery Level 2 in Sapienza and Mastery Level 5 in Isle of Sgàil. Doing 3 escalations in Hitman 2 levels also unlocked a tranquilizer gun, which I used when I did the challenge, but I left it out of this video to show that it wasn't needed.
That guy I hit with a wrench? I don't even know if that was necessary. I just didn't want to risk him seeing something while I waited for Santa.
