With this method you can complete the contract in under 2 minutes with a Silent Assassin -rating and fulfilling all the optional requirements of this contract. This method requires the following starting location/items:
- Chill Out (starting location)
- Chill-Out Staff Trailer (agency pickup)
- Krugermeier 2-2 (or similar pistol)
- Sieker 1
- ICA Proximity Taser
- Breaching Charge
