For the "all shots must hit NPCs" complication, the mad lad play would be to bring the Striker and shoot propane flasks and electrical outlets through an NPC's leg. Bonus points if the NPC isn't even a target.

A tip. Just throwing the exploding duck near the guy and detonating it counts as an "accident", or, you can wait and he'll actually pick it up. Detonate it in his pocket. Just finished doing that in one of the rubber duck contracts on the Bangkok level.

23:55 I never knew car batteries could activate thrown propane tanks or in general gas devices, I've always just used them for electrical deaths. I'm pleasantly surprised!

Here's a little present for you. When an npc is threatened and they crouch down in fear, stand right infront or behind them and shoot down into their foot with any of the Striker pistols. Trust me, you wont regret it. Love your content btw :0

Imagine my surprise when I discovered the remote taser can also be used to detonate a leaking tank, also the car battery fits in the briefcase just like the propane tank does. Worked out well when I played the KITCHENS OF HELL contract on Colorado.

@@SilentT619 Ah, yes THAT. The Kotti Paradigm. When I did that for the first time, it was Hell. Then after getting Hitman 3 starter edition, for the clown suit it was not that bad. After having done and redone it over ten thousand times with a brain splitting headache it caused me to have. Damn it IOI, you had one job. That was to make everything fit in the briefcase if the snipers do as well. A Katana, fine whatever. A rubber duckey, sure. That posion or the fiber wire, yeah okay. A F off sniper rifle with scope, yes lets put that bad boy in there. A double sided Battle Axe, nope nothing doing.

I remember playing no hud or instinct a while back and being annoyed that targets look the same because they're copy pasted npcs. I forgot, as did you Bigmooney, that you can open up the larger map and it shows the location of the targets. No need to reactivate the hud stuff or instinct.

Contracts without instinct suck. This is such an easy mission, RUINED. I just distracted the first woman with the fuse box, killed the second one without worries while she remembered the code, easy places to dispose the bodies nearby. The third was at the stoves, the fourth I called with the bell both disposed at the freezer, and the fifth i attracted with the bathsroom sink, easy place to dispose nearby too.
