Thank you for the closeup of your BASF Chemical Company industry. I will be attempting a similar representation of a BG Products and Barsol plant that are located next door to each other so I will be reviewing your setup for notes!

Most of the pavement is either plaster or joint compound.

I use the JMRI computer program to adjust the speeds.
