If someone really pi*ses me off, I usually turn & leave. I then use my 3 day rule. I think & sleep on it for 3 days. If by then I still think a retaliation is needed, then I act. Childish story with the fence. Police don’t make determinations like that. It’s a civil thing. You have to go to court and charge or magistrate makes the decision. A police officer wouldn’t be allowed to do that in 1 million years.
